Get Rhythm Records is proud to offer:

"Dinah Jams" by Dinah Washington
Emarcy MG 36000, Mono, 1954

On offer here is a totally authentic and rare U.S. vinyl MONO deep groove pressing of this classic LP by the great jazz vocalist on the original blue "large drummer logo" Emarcy mono label.  The vinyl is in exceedingly nice condition, featuring nice luster and shine with some minor surface cloudiness, and just a couple of very light surface marks.  It plays with outstanding fidelity - just a shade under near mint - with no more than some very light underlying surface crackle and a few light stray ticks present throughout each side. You are unlikely to hear this outstanding jazz vocal album by the incomparable "Miss D" anywhere better than this gorgeous sounding original mono press.

The record comes in its original blue and white Emarcy Records inner sleeve listing other current releases on the label.

Deadwax matrix codes:

Side 1: MG 36000A MF
Side 2: MG 36000B MF2

The beautiful all-original laminated cover is in exceedingly nice condition, with vivid colors. The only flaws to be noted are a touch of wear on the edges and cover opening, the name of a previous owner stamped in light red ink in a couple of places on the back cover, and the words "Baby Lou Jazz Shows" written in blue ink inside the body of the microphone shown on the back cover.

>Please see images of the actual label and cover of the record on offer here below, which include a listing of tracks appearing on this album...

Why should you purchase items from Get Rhythm Records?

When buying items sight unseen in a forum such as Ebay, trust and credibility of the seller is all important.  That's why I provide the following additional guarantees of authenticity for all my records (offered by few other sellers on Ebay):

• Scanned images of the ACTUAL cover and record labels of the record you are bidding on.  You will never see the phrase "the images shown here are from a previous auction"...

• Deadwax matrix codes for each side are provided so those inclined can verify such information as the original pressing plant and mastering engineer.

• Records are both visually inspected and audibly graded.  No surprises!

• Each record offered is from my personal collection built up over a period of 25 years of vinyl purchasing.  I have gone to great lengths to find the absolute best sounding copy available of each record, and am pleased to now be able to offer these outstanding items to my fellow vinyl aficionados.

But above all, I respect and value my customers!  All records are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, securely packaged in sturdy custom vinyl record mailers.  The record is always removed from the cover for shipping, and both record and cover are shipped in protective plastic sleeves, with cardboard filler pads utilized to prevent movement within the box.  You will be kept fully updated at all times on the status of your shipment.

But don't take my word for it!  Check out these examples from my 100% positive seller's feedback:
