ORIGINAL UK ALBUM issued in 1960 on DECCA LK 4373 (MONO)
DIRK BOGARDE with the ERIC ROGERS ORCHESTRA
Twelve tracks on which Dirk smoothly recites rather than sings the lyrics to popular songs such as Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, and managing, according to the book 'Rock 'N' Roll Confidential' to sound like a cross between The Queen and Johnny Ray
The flipback cover ( which is unique to the first issues and not the re-issue from the 1980s ) is in SUPERB condition with just minimal handling wear and a very tiny 1cm split on the bottom right corner fold.
The record appears to have been played no more than five or six times and is also in SUPERB condition.
