Description

Beautiful copy of the original 1961 pressing of Dizzy Gillespie’s Gillespiana LP on Verve V-8394. Rare mono first pressing with trumpeter labels. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays near flawlessly and just beautifully. Really a fantastic listen. The cover has some water damage at the lower edge, where the seam is also split about halfway across. Slight discolouration on part of the back but aside from that it is a beautiful cover, crisp and clean. This is a great original copy that sounds just glorious.
