DIZZY REECE: PRESTIGE NEW JAZZ Records NJLP-8274 MONO (Mfd in New Jersey in the early 60's) ASIA MINOR - MONO - Original Vinyl Album - This is a Deep Groove, early pressing. The Run Off Groove. has hand etched on it: NJLP-8274-A; there's also something else that looks like it might be an upside down Z and A and there's a machine stamped RUDY VAN GELDER in very small letters; There might be something else there, but I just can't make it out. The other side has hand etched NJLP-8274-B with a machine stamped RUDY VAN GELDER in very small letters. It also has what looks like an upside down Z and A. The Cover is in Fine Plus condition, almost Excellent (if not Excellent), with very light shelfwear. I had a very difficult time getting the light right in order to get a good picture of it. None of these do it justice. No Ringwear, No Splits, No Writing. No Bends. No stains. The Labels are clean on Both Sides with some spindle wear which you can see in the Pictures. The Vinyl Record has one very light and silent "paper scuff"; it has its original gloss and looks almost New. SIDE A: THE SHADOW OF KHAN plays a very VG++/Almost New. THE STORY OF LOVE plays a strong VG+ and Better. YAMASK plays Almost New/New. SIDE B: SPIRITUS SPARCUS plays a Strong VG+/VG++. SUMMERTIME plays Almost New/New. ACKMET plays Almost New/New I'm trying to accurately grade these Tracks and not overgrade anything; I hope that the Sound Clips will speak for themselves. I can only get to the Post Office once or twice a week, so please be patient. I can email you Overseas Postage rates. I can take PAYPAL (and others). The POST OFFICE LOSES PACKAGES, don't blame me if it happens to you. If bidding on this reaches $50, and it ships to a non-US buyer, Registered Mail will be required in addition to First Class Postage, but I'll pay $5.50 of the $13.95 Registered Mail fee. If it sells for over $120. to a non-US Bidder, it will have to ship Air Priority, which will run around $52; I'll have to Insure it for the Full Amount at my expense, and declare Full Value on the Customs Form. If it sells for over $500, it will have to ship EXPRESS MAIL, which will cost around $90.00. Since I will have to insure it, I will have to declare full sales value; if paying with some way other than Paypal, I can ship it any way you want. Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now, since they require on-line Tracking Numbers.
