DIZZY REECE: "STAR BRIGHT" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #4023.   Extremely rare vintage jazz Lp!  Original MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63rd NYC address on both labels.  The label is DEEP GROOVE on both sides.  "EAR" etched and RVG stamped in the trail-off on both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Dizzy Reece/trumpet; Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Wynton Kelly/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Art Taylor/drums.  The thick laminated cover is in VG++ shape & displays nicely.  There is a small slick tear at right edge on front side only.  No serious seam splits, no cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Address on back cover is 43 West 61st Street, New York 23, N.Y.  The vinyl is in VG to VG- condition, very glossy in spite of some visible wear & scratches.  There is some surface noise upon playing, no skips.  Not a high-grade copy of this artifact by any means, but amazingly hard to find in any condition.  The songs are:  The Rake; I'll Close My Eyes; Groovesville; The Rebound; I Wished On The Moon; A Variation On Monk.
