DON RENDELL IAN CARR QUINTET THE COMPLETE LANSDOWNE RECORDINGS 1965 - 1969 .
No spiel needed for these incredible records .
Would’ve been sealed but friends advised there were pressing issues with two of the recordings .
They were right as there was interference at the end of the beautiful Blue Mosque and also the beginning of Bath Sheba on Phase 3 .
Some people may not have opened their copies and will be in for a unpleasant surprise.
I have had replacements sent to me and I’m pleased to say the errors have been rectified.
So Shades of Blue and Phase 3 are mint apart from playing where those pressing faults were .
The other 3 albums have been played once through to check for similar issues .
Cover is still in shrink .
Sleeve notes have some intentions on the front .
