Description
HERE is a barely played copy of Donovan's amazing double album, 'HMS Donovan', on UK Dawn vinyl (DNLD 4001) from 1971. All four sides of vinyl are unmarked. I can see only one or two of the faintest traces of spindle marks on these lovely lilac labels, showing that this disc has barely been played over the years. All four sides of vinyl look immaculate - a strong EX/EX. The colourful unlaminated gatefold sleeve is EX- with no writing, no rips, no sticker tears or anything untoward - just a faint trace of rear ringwear and some cornerwear. The triple-panelled poster is in VG condition, retaining all its lovely deep psychedelic colouring, and with just some light creasing and some Bluetac residue on the unprinted rear, having been displayed at some stage, but also having been very carefully returned to the cover. In all this is lovely well cared for and barely played example of a wonderful Donovan double album. Good luck if you are bidding - and don't forget to check out my other items.
