Hi, Its time to clear out most of my records. As you will see by my user name I am very into mainly music from 1964-1973.I was lucky to be around at a great time in the UK and I was able to see most of the classic bands and I collected some great records. I am very clued up about different UK pressings as I have collected vinyl for around 30 years. I will be adding some gems from now on from my collection. I have taken great effort in my pictures so that you will see my items are very carefully graded, I think my pictures will show this. MEGA RARE UK 1967 1st (and only!!!)PRESSING MONO FONTANA LP (TL.5385)
Anyone who knows about 60's folk music will know how rare and wanted this LP is ,it is nearly imposible to find and this is the more collectable Mono version. All the tracks are superb and of course features John Renbourn on guitar. This has been in my collection for years and took me a life time collecting to find one ,E Bay has made things easy now as most rare records do show up,but here is an LP you will not see for sale very oftern even on E bay. The record here is in superb condition and has been played a few times only ,there is NO spindle wear on the labels ,I have described the cover and taken many pictures so you can see the LP and cover in full please take the time and have a look.

The LP is in superb condition and has only been played a few careful times, the vinyl has superb full original gloss and plays with great superb soundon both sides with no horrid surface sound ,the music is very gental and the audio is great, graded as a strict and top at least Excellent+condition ,a Beutiful condition disc that has been played a few carful times only ,I would say you may not find better the disc it is that clean. My site will have the strictest of standards and my grading is very fair to the buyer, you will not be disappointed a top example of a very rare LP.

As you will see the cover still looks nice but there is a couple of old tape stains that was put on for NO reason (why do people do that????) this is mainly viable to the back opening edge. There is a 1" surface sticker removal mark to the back top left hand side but does not look bad as it is on the white and affects NO printing. Overall the cover still looks nice especially the front that has very glossy lamination. there are a couple of tiny scuffs to the front with a little corner wear but nothing very serious. As you will see the cover still looks very nice and I have reported every thing in full ,The back panel is still very clean and the cover is still flat. This cover has been stored in a plastic cover for many years since I purchased it around 20 years ago from a collectors shop. I will grade the cover as front and back >>>>The front as a nice Near Excellent And the back as Very Good+++ due to the above. All in all a nice rare cover when will you see this again. I see people selling on E bay with creased up covers that are yellow and even torn giving them an EX grade , like how can a cover with a tear be EX is a joke, I keep this site to a high standard as most people now can not grade to save there life.

Both original Fontana labels Are in Near Mint condition, both are superb examples with no spindle wear.
<< The Inner Cover >>
The original polylined inner is in a great Excellent condition. I have placed the LP in a new inner to stop damage to the original when in the post.

I use strong record boxes with extra stiffeners to stop damage and bends to the cover. All records are sent out in a plastic cover with the record NOT inside the front cover to stop splits and damage. I will also place the LP in a new inner cover to stop damage to the original when in the post. Insurance is available . The choice is yours if you take it or not. I will get a proof of posting for all items sent out. I will not be responsible for lost post if insurance is not taken.
