Spirit of Sound Records has come into vinyl LP gems, 45s and 78s from all genres in prime condition and will be listing regularly for the foreseeable future. DOUG WATKINS, Watkins At Large; Transition 20 (Trail off dead wax TRLP 20A/TRLP 20B), 1956 Original. Mono. Doug Watkins, bass with Hank Mobley, tenor sax; Donald Byrd, trumpet; Kenny Burrell, guitar; Duke Jordan, piano and Arthur Taylor, drums. Vinyl is VG/VG+, clean and shiny, with a few very light hairline marks (seen under halogen lamp), sleeve wear from original wax paper inner sleeve. Would grade higher but for a warp in the vinyl that may cause some surface noise in places. Warp does not interfere with or interrupt play. Labels are clean, no marks, with some light blistering. Jacket is VG/VG+, front is clean, looks great with a light scuff upper left, back is clean, 2" split top spine, 7" split left spine opposite opening. Includes original booklet with photos and notes in Mint- condition. Not perfect, yet nicely playable and seriously rare!

Our grading system is essentially the same as in Goldmine with one exception. We use EX (in lieu of VG++) for vinyl that is between VG+ and just this side of Mint-.
Spirit of Sound ships, in good faith, via USPS. We combine shipping for multiple purchases. To insure customer satisfaction, we will include delivery confirmation (with tracking number) on all domestic orders, thus the modest shipping/handling increase. We encourage our international buyers to include insurance and delivery confirmation when choosing a shipping option. Barring this choice, we will ship in good faith at buyers risk.
