Description

L'Oiseau-Lyre Records stereo DSLO 11, first pink label disc pressed in the UK by Decca.  Stampers are 1A 1A. 

Shostakovich string quartets #1 & #2, played by the Fitzwilliam Quartet, Christopher Rowland and Jonathan Sparey, violins, Alan George, viola and Ioan Davies, cello.  Perhaps the definitive set of the Shostakovich quartets.

Disc NM, Jacket VG++  Program notes are printed on the back of the jacket.  This did not come with an insert.  Only the first two issues, DSLO 9 and DSLO 11 had the program notes on an insert.
