"TOGETHERNESS" (1974-75) Dunsmuir Secondary School Folk-Rock Singers   Ladies & gentlemen, read & listen carefully because you are witnessing an LP that has never before appeared for sale online and is a haunting, rocking funky pearl of teen energy & innocence! Under the supervision of music director Robert J. Meikle, this group of fifty girls and four boys aged 13-17 has "devoted its musical efforts solidly toward modern day folk & rock music".   The result is a mix of haunting, super funky, and very rockin' versions of Lesley Duncan "Love Song", Hues Corporation "Rock the Boat", Dion & Belmonts "Teenager In Love", Turtles "Happy Together", two very rockin' Neil Diamond songs, and more.  The title track "Togetherness" is RJ Meikle's own original song playing guitar & lead vocals backed up by Dunsmuir Secondary School Folk-Rock Singers.  Listen to the audio to hear some highlights - I should have included the funky Hues Corporation song on my samples but will leave some surprises to the winning bidder. An extremely rare LP, pressed in a tiny quantity & impossible to find.  For fans of the Langley School Project, high school teen rock 'n' roll, drum breaks, and folk-garage rock.
