Duran Duran - Rio 1982 US Original/First Pressing Vinyl/LP containing 9 total tracks featuring 3 US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart smash hits: the title track (#14, #9 on the UK Singles Chart), Save A Prayer (#16, #2 on the UK Singles Chart) and Hungry Like The Wolf (#3, #5 on the UK Singles Chart and received a gold certification by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). The album reached #6 on the US Billboard Top LPs & Tapes Chart at the time (which is now Top 200 Albums Chart), #2 in the UK Singles Chart and has been Certified 2x Platinum by RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America). "Hungry Like The Wolf" is the "Night Version" mixed by Colin Thurston, all other tracks on Side A are the so-called "US Mixes" remixed by David Kershenbaum. Remix credits had been added to the inner sleeve (Photo #5). Precision D.L. (Side Two)/O (Side One) etched in the Matrix / Runout areas. Please see below for detailed informations. NM/M Play Test/Grade for majority of the time. Please see below for specific details. Each track was listened to from start to finish. No skips/jumps nor repeats (needle getting stuck in the groove). Vinyl visually graded VG+/E on Side 1 with some superficial marks (Photo #12), VG++/E+ on Side 2. Photos #8-12 were taken directly under a fluorescent lamp. Album cover graded excellent with no notch/saw cuts, punch/drill holes nor gold promo stamp. Original printed/pictured inner sleeve graded VG+ due only to side splits about 6 1/2 inches on the front left side and about 3 inches in the middle bottom. Condition is “Used”.
