There was no dedicated cover for this acetate; however, the record has been stored in a clean, professional dust sleeve.  The acetate itself is in rough condition; a lot of scuffs run throughout the surface of the disc, but there are no skips.  We have decided not to clean the record to avoid any deterioration. This record was stored in upright, professionally fabricated shelving units.  Records were also rotated in these shelves regularly to avoid any warping. Truly amazing rarity!
