Vinyl: The vinyl is clean and shiny with only one or two very light marks on each side.  It plays beautifully.

Cover: The only minor issues are three slightly bent and/or worn corners and some minor (hardly noticeable) discoloration on the bottom of the front cover and some hardly noticeable ringwear at the bottom of the back cover.  Otherwise, the record looks new.  (See photos)
