This is a fantastic copy of this 1969 psych folk rarity. The heavy weight vinyl is in stunning condition. There are some absolutely tiny markings which are visible under a very strong light which mark this down from NM to NM-. The album plays equally beautifully. 
The sleeve is in lovely condition with boxed edges and hardly any creasing whatsoever. However, there is a small hole in the front cover which you can just about see on the pictures. This is barely visible on first inspection. Consequently, whilst the general condition of the cover would grade NM- with the hole I would now grade as EX.
