Super rare UK Reggae LP on Down Town from Dandy & Audrey: I Need You.

Vinyl VG
The vinyl plays with no jumping, skipping or looping. Does have some surface marks and in places some mild clicking/surface noise, no hiss or bacon though. Nothing bad and all tracks play through.
Gatefold Sleeve VG
The sleeve has a Matt finish inside and out. The front is clean and free from any writing or rips. Some edge and corner wear. The section the houses the record has a split on the top edge about half the length of the sleeve, this is the only split. Inside the gatefold is clean and bright but someone has written on the foreheads of Dandy and Audrey: "Eston" and what looks like "Nam". Shown in pictures.
Labels - EX
Clean, no rips or writing and just a few spindle marks.
