Description

Up for auction is the "Hi, How are you" album by Daniel Johnston.  This is the very rare ORIGINAL album on Homestead Records.  This is not a re-issue or a repress, but the original album on the original label.  This is a true highly sought after masterpiece by this iconic singer/song writer.  The album is in superb NM condition...very clean w/ NM labels.  You are going to have a tough time trying to find one that is in such great shape!  The cover is in NM too, does not have any writing, punch-holes etc....very clean.  This album is for fans of Johnston, grunge, lo-fi, indie etc.  I paid top dollar for this thing a few years ago and I am putting a price of just a fraction of what I paid for this album that is in superbe shape!

Greetings! I am doing some late Spring cleaning.  I am a hardcore
vinyl-freak that buys all the time on ebay. I understand how to grade
and grade conservatively.  I am buying all the time and only expect
the listing to be true to the word.  Thus, that is my mission: to sell
off a part of my collection and be true to the condition of the record
as I can be.
Up for auction this go-around I have a mixture of stuff.  I have
some pretty rare out of print albums that I paid top dollar for on
ebay.  I will probably take a loss, but whatever.  Maybe I will not.
I have a lot of Americana type albums, some Folkways Bluegrass albums,
some Neil Young records I don’t listen to anymore and/are duplicates.
I’ll have some classic rock, some 80’s etc.  Basically, the bottom
line: check my other auctions.
Shipping….lets talk about that:  I ship world wide, I combine
shipping.  Flat rate to Europe, South America, Italy, Japan, etc is 15
dollars.  Canada is 13.  I ship in cardboard mailers and I will be
extra careful when I pack your lps. I need some extra money b/c I am
going back to school and I got some other bills to pay on.  Anyway,
here is the item.
Packing:  I use LP mailers to ship your lp.  I will will include
a plastic protective sleeve w/ the lp pulled out the outer sleeve (but
in its protective cover sleeve) and will place it behind the outer.
This is to prevent she outer sleeve from being damaged during
shipping.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
