Description
Up for grabs is this long deleted and now very hard to find French issue album by French prog poet, Dashiell Hedayat. Entitled Obsolete, it was originally released in 1971. This release is a later issue (different catalogue number) and is housed in a pink textured sleeve. Personnel on this album include Daevid Allen and Didier Malherbe (Gong) and Pip Pyle (Gong, Hatfield & The North, Delivery). On the Shandar label, the catalogue number is SR 83 512.
This item is in very nice condition, Record Collector grading EX. The vinyl is in perfect condition apart from a small surface mark at the end of track 2 / beginning of track 3 on side 1. The cover is also in excellent condition apart from a bit of very minor wear to the texturing, mainly near the top (see scan). There is no reserve.

Payment Details
All buyers will receive an end-of-auction email containing full payment details. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction close. I accept Paypal, cheques, postal orders and money orders all in £ sterling. I prefer Paypal and make no extra charge for this. Postage rates are shown below. Overseas buyers, please add an extra £3.30 if you require International Signed For - compensation up to £30 (or £4.80 for compensation up to £500). Please do not send money orders unless they are in GBP as the exchange costs are too high at this end. I will accept concealed cash sent at own risk in GBP, or in $US at the exchange rate of $2.00 to £1.00.
Sales Policies
I send all my items with adequate and secure packaging and post within 48 hours of receipt of payment (unless funds need to clear, in which case they will be posted on clearance). If you select the Get-It-Fast option, postage will be within 24 hours of receipt of payment. I offer Recorded, Special Delivery and International Signed For options on postage. Recorded Delivery offers compensation up to £30; Special Delivery offers compensation up to £500.
When you receive your item, please check that you are happy with it and then leave me positive feedback. When I receive this, I will know that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale is completed. I will then leave positive feedback in return.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please email me before leaving feedback so that I can resolve the problem for you. I offer a full money-back guarantee, including postage costs, if any item is not as described. This is, of course, subject to return of the item to me and inspection by me.
If your item fails to arrive, please contact me so that we can work together to track it down. Whilst I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post unless Recorded / Signed For or Special Delivery options have been taken up, I do obtain a Certificate Of Posting for every item and will file for a refund from the Post Office. If a refund is obtained, this will then be forwarded to you as soon as I receive it. This generally takes 2-3 weeks so please be patient.
