NEAR MINT COVER - EXCELLENT RECORD - GREAT PRICE!!! The record is in excellent condition with only a few hairline sleeve scuffs. The cover is clearly NEAR MINT looking about as good as an album this old can look. The plain white rounded corner inner sleeve is partially seam split on two sides.
