Description

DAVE PIKE - 'PIKE'S PEAK' LP

Dave Pike 'Pike's Peak' LP on Epic Records (LA 16025). Original mono pressing.

Cover is in beautiful shape with no ringwear, seam splits, writing, rips, tears or holes of any kind. Seams and spine are intact.

Labels are original yellow and black Epic labels. Very clean. Matrix trail-off stamp reads:
Side A : XEM-56970-1A
Side B : XEM-56971-1A

Vinyl is NM. Beautiful, shimmering condition with only a few very light surface marks. Very well cared for over the years. Cleaned on a VPI record cleaner and playtested on a Bang & Olufsen turntable; sounds great.

Tracks are "Why Not," "In a Sentimental Mood," "Vierd Blues," "Besame Mucho," and "Wild is the Wind." Features Dave Pike, Bill Evans, Herbie Lewis and Walter Perkins on all tracks.

All in all, a rare jazz classic in beautiful condition.
