Description
Before he was famous - save for a song about some old austronaut - the very wonderful Mr Bowie released a single or two. For sale here is one that was never a hit on its' release but turned out to be one of his best loved and best known. This copy of Changes c/w Andy Warhol was originally released, I'm led to believe, in Germany and is housed in a beautiful sepia tinted pic cover similar to that of Hunky Dory. Over 30 years old, the cover itself is in excellent condition for its' age with no splits and only very minor wear. The record, as shown in the scan, has a few light scratches and a sticker on one side of the label, but then again we all know the tune and it's the sleeve we're bidding on really. I've seen some traders put a 3 figure price tag on copies of this is in inferior condition but don't see myself as a rip-off merchant so have put a modest double figures reserve on it.
