The condition of the record is as follows: Vinyl shows no signs of wear, has mostly faint handling scuffs from sleeve removal, a couple of very light/light scratches that might add a little extra noise, very close to EX, depends on how well it plays. Jacket has a couple of lightly bumped corners, top corner has a stain on both sides. Content is unreleased and rare tracks of dubious sound quality. I have no idea what it sounds like when it plays, but I would expect at least some of the tracks to be of low(er) playback quality than a regular record. This is an unofficial pressing (spelled b-o-o-t-l-e-g), and the signs of that are obvious. Note the use of Bowie's real name only, and how the letters for GRACE look a lot like the styled lettering for RCA. There are not many of these around, especially in good playing condition. Owned 12+ years. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
