Gatefold sleeve is in Very Good+ condition, with some edge/ring wear.
Vinyl in Very Good+ condition with quite a few sleeve scuffs and marks. Plays fine, with some surface noise and pops, no jumps.

Description based visually on the grading system from:? 
P (poor), G, VG, VG+, EX-, EX, EX+, NM and M (mint).

I only wipe my records with a damp micro-fibre, so I'd advise deep cleaning to eliminate dust and noise.
