RARE ORIG UK CONTRACT PRESSING IN LOVELY SHAPE!!

For those of you that don't know what this is...

Most original UK pressings of Heroes are in fact pressed in Italy with beige labels. This was due to the UK RCA pressing plant being overwhelmed with the demand of Elvis albums as he had only just died - they were repressing his albums like there was no tomorrow at the time.

There were, however, a very tiny amount which were pressed by Island records here in the UK - these are distinguished by the orange 'ridged' labels and the title on the labels being without the quotemarks.

This is the only one of these I have ever seen - ideal for the Bowie die-hard!!

HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!! DON'T MISS OUT!!

Disc is VG++ : clean disc and labels, light superficial marks, sounds great!!

Sleeve is VG+ : few small edge creases, light disc imprint, few light stains on front, small scuff on back, no splits or tears!!

Insert is VG+ : light creases, corner crease, no tears!!

RCA inner is VG+
