Description
DESCRIPTION:
For Sale with NO reserve and increasing rare and desirable UK first pressing of Hunky Dory SF 8244 featuring the laminated outer cover with no mention of mainman or Gem (though Gem was mentioned on the label and lyric sheet). It is estimated that the original Hunk Dory sold even fewer copies than the legendary Dress Cover version of Man Who Sold the World, making this one of the ultimate Bowie rarities.

A note on grading: We use the UK Record Collector grading system with the addition of a (+) or a (-) to denote a slight increase or decrease in condition. Items described with an aural grade have been carefully played on a Garrard 301 grease bearing turntable paired with a Kondo Silver wired SME 312s tonearm and Koetsu Rosewood Cartridge.
We have been collecting, trading and running record fairs for many years and genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. For this reason we treat grading very seriously and strictly enough to please all potential bidders… all of Audio Grails records are guaranteed.
