David Bowie-Hunky Dory-RCA Orange Label-UK
SF 8244 (LSP 4623)
Matrix side 1 "Bobil APRS 5947 3T - A2AV
Matrix side 2 "Rasputin APRS 5948 3T-A2R
Release date is 1971 on the jacket and record.
The vinyl itself I would grade as "Good+" due to a light mark here or there, but the record plays completely fine. Sounds incredible.
Cover- I'd give a "Good+" rating as well. I tend to underrate due to each individuals perception varying, but for an album of it's age, I think it's in pretty beautiful shape. Average ware.
Spine and edges have mild ware. You can still make out what's written on the spine.
I've done a lot of research and can't seem to find another listing with the exact same matrix number as the one I have, particularly the "A2AV" part. I do know that this is an extremely desirable and collectible copy from the earliest releases. No "Mainman" logo indicated, which later releases will have.
I hate to part with this because I doubt I'll find this kind of copy again, but it's time to liquidate some of my collection.
Please note: Anything I may not have included in writing, let it be known that the photos serve as visual representation of what you are getting and purchasing, you are willingly purchasing this item based off your own judgment of what I've provided visually and written. The best of my knowledge is listed in the description, in regards to what I know of this album.
