David Bowie - Hunky Dory
(RCA Victor SF 8244 UK LP 1971)
This is an early UK LP pressing. It has a matt sleeve, & comes with its original company plain paper inner sleeve. It also comes complete with its original lyric insert.
The record has matt orange RCA Victor labels & has -2E/ -3E matrix stampers.
The sleeve & insert both have the "A Gem Production" credit on them. The labels also have the "A Gem Production" credit, but have the "Mainman/ Chrysalis" credit for Bowie's compositions.
Sleeve: There is some very light rubbing wear to the bottom edge, & some mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There is a small circular 1970's record shop sticker (Downtown) on the rear sleeve. There is some mild ringwear too. VG++ condition.
Vinyl: There are some light to very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG++ condition. The labels are very clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays Excellent overall & Excellent+ in some places. Really well indeed.
The inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. The lyric insert is in VG++ condition. Someone has corrected a couple of wrong lyrics in very small biro.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
