Description

Here we have an original vinyl copy of the David Bowie “Hunky Dory” Album Released in 1971 on the RCA Victor (Orange) Label Catalogue no. SF8244. Matrix /runout identifiers Side A - APRS 5947-2E stamped and A/W etched. Side B - APRS 5948-3T stamped ASJ etched (not 100% sure if it’s an S or a 5 )and Rasputin etched.

I’ve listed the vinyl as Being in Excellent condition as it looks very clean and shiny with very few marks apart from a couple of little spots on side 2, in fact the vinyl looks as if it’s had very little play over its life time. Please be aware I have not play tested this album it has been graded by sight only.

The sleeve on the other hand has been listed as Good+ as even though there’s nothing I would consider to be damage (tears, pen marks etc) on the sleeve it is very worn mainly on the edges and corners. There are 2 small seam splits one on the top and one on the spine. In my option the sleeve shows the kind of wear I would expect on an album that’s nearly 50 years old !

The album also includes the original lyric sheet which apart from a couple of age spots is in excellent condition. The white paper inner is discoloured and has a couple of seam splits.

Please take a good look at the photos supplied to confirm condition etc.

If you have any questions regarding this album please just message me.

This item comes from a smoke free home.

Thanks for looking and good luck if you decide to bid.
