Not to be confused with the very common counterfeit pressing of Ragazzo Solo, this is the original Italian promo EP on the Phonogram label from 1970. On this release, David Bowie's track is followed by Marisa Beltrami. There are songs on the flip by Irene Papas and Steam. This is a very interesting release - apart from pre-dating the Italian issue of Ragazzo Solo (an Italian language version of Space Oddity), it has a radio announcer explaining the identity of the track near the end. Note, too, that this rare promo came out on Phonogram - parent company of Philips at the time. For more information on this record, check out Marshall Jarman's excellent book. Record and company sleeve are in EX condition. Small writing on both labels (see scan). Don't let this one pass! I've been collecting Bowie vinyl for decades - but changing work circumstances means it's time to clear out the cupboards and move along.
