COMMENTS: The first release came with an b&w insert, and they are not "advance copies"!! The major part of the pressing came with the insert, it wasn't until 1988 that the printed cover was released. The printed cover contains the original disc though. The title on the printed cover has been altered to LIVE IN COPENHAGEN 1978. It's a pity that the complete show hasn't been released, because the performance and the sound quality is excellent!
