Vinyl, MINT. Superb. Appears Unplayed.
The sleeve is Ex.Very small split to mid front opening.  SEE PICS. 

Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
