Here is what the Genesis web site says about the book along with various reviews.
Published in November 2002 after three years in the making, Genesis Publications was very proud to present Moonage Daydream: The Life and Times of Ziggy Stardust. A collaboration between David Bowie and photographer Mick Rock, the book was published to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Ziggy Stardust LP's original release. Moonage Daydream is David Bowie's first ever book and the ultimate authorised piece of Ziggy Stardust legend.
Copies numbered 1 to 350 of Moonage Daydream were Deluxe copies bound in full blue leather, blocked in gold with Ziggy's lightning bolt, and housed in a Solander box. Each Deluxe copy was also supplied with a Deluxe print of an image not featured in the book. This print, which was also signed by Mick Rock, was only available with the Deluxe copies of Moonage Daydream.
