An original mid-70's reissue of the '72 release on RCA. Matrix 4E/4E. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover and also included is an original inner sleeve. Please note there is NO bespoke lyric inner sleeve as you find on the early copies from '72. There is, however, a poster included and a generic white RCA inner from the time. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) In superb condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. Interference is borderline non-existent. All I could detect were a few crackles in a couple of isolated moments, and the one deviation is just a couple of light ticks during the final track. A super rendition of this Bowie classic which is, yet again, pretty straight forward evidence of his genius right from the early days.
Cover (Ex+) In beautiful condition and it's a real treat to take hold of one of these original 70's covers looking quite this sweet and crisp. Lovely clean front cover with no surface wear or creasing. The rear is just as good with all colours looking bright and vivid. Edge wear is pretty much non-existent on this example and the spine 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex-) No splits or markings. Just slight ageing.
Poster (Ex+) In perfect condition. Never been near a wall!
