The Mercury' Demos is a deluxe boxed LP released June 28th 2019 by Parlophone featuring ten early David Bowie recordings recorded live in one take using a Revox reel-to-reel tape machine set up in Bowie's London flat in the Spring of 1969.
The LP is presented with a replica of the reel to reel machine, plus a photographic print and two photo contact sheets with accompanying sleeves notes written by Mark Adams.
Three additional photographic prints are included with this LOT which are printed on a Fuji Archive paper. These prints were not part of the original box set:
1. Bowie, Country Club, Accrington, UK (approx 8" x 6")
2. Bowie, Top of The Pops (approx 7.5" x 6")
3. I'm With David Bowie Aren't You? (approx 5" x 3.5")
BIOGRAPHY
Accompaniment by John 'Hutch' Hutchinson, Bowie's set includes previously unreleased tracks plus his demo version of "Space Oddity" which was previously only available as an edit on other collections.
The box set was first released in 2019 to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Bowie's first hit, Space Oddity, and is still factory sealed, shrink wrapped, never opened or played, and still with the original hype sticker on the front.

CONDITION
Box set is in like new condition, never opened, factory sealed and still in original shrink-wrap with hype sticker.
The three photographic prints are in excellent condition with the occasional minor crease.
