Description
David Bowie ?– The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars
Original 1972 Australian issue, on Orange RCA labels, with Essex and Rondor publishing credits, and the word "Stereo" on both labels The sleeve is laminated, and in Excellent condition. The labels have a small name written on with a pen. VG+ The vinyl plays excellent, but there is a non sounding, but visible mark on side 2, so VG+ with Excellent audio. Plays very well throughout... the mark does virtually nothing, even in the deadwax, the surface has been dulled but not damaged.This is a first release in Australia, indicated by the word STEREO on both labels and reference to the Publishers Essex and Rondor.
It uses stampers prepared from RCA US Indianapolis plant lacquers (2S & 6S), as indicated by the crossed "I" in the runout groove and is copied from original US artwork.
Front is laminated. No inner sleeve was issued.
