DAVID BOWIE - 'ZIGGY STARDUST'
1981 MFSL ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING LP
This is the continuation of a Near Mint collection of MFSL Original Master Recording LPs. All are the property of one collector who played them only once to transfer them to DAT and then carefully stored them away.
Original Master Recordings were manufactured by 'Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab' (MFSL). Each disc was half-speed-mastered from the original master tapes and pressed by the 'Victor Company of Japan' (JVC') on 'Super Vinyl'.
All are custom packaged in heavy-duty album jackets, supported by a rigid cardboard stiffener. The disc itself is protected within a unique static-free rice-paper inner-sleeve. All titles were limited editions and represent the finest sounding vinyl pressing of each title.
This title was released by MFSL in 1981 with the catalogue number: MFSL 1-06
Complete with warranty card and 'Geo-disc' leaflet.

An immaculate set with just two tiny spindle trails to the side 1 centre hole only.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both playing surfaces are 'as new' and unmarked in strong daylight with just a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp but no further marks or wear.
Play: NEAR MINT
Played only once by its original owner and once by me, this copy sounds 'as new' with no audible faults or wear or any kind throughout.

A perfectly clean & very strong example where the only significant sign of wear is some light corner bruising but no other faults or wear.
