We have shipped records all over the world since 1978. We take great pride in our grading and packing and are sure you will be pleased with your purchase.

We CANNOT guarantee overseas shipments that are not insured! While most packages arrive safely, occasionally packages are lost or damaged.

All records will ship in proper record boxes with cardboard packing. We also remove all LP records from their sleeves before shipping to protect the seams of cover. Sealed LP records will NOT be opened before shipping, unless you request us to do so. There will be a $1 to $2 handling fee on all orders depending on size and the amount of packing needed to ship safely. 78 RPM record take very careful packing and use a lot of materials and time.

We have several accounts and list many items, so it may take a couple of days before you are contacted. If you need to resolve the transactions more quickly, you may call (303) 816-1349, between 10am & 5pm, Tuesday through Saturday (Mountain Time). We are NOT in the office on Sunday or Monday. We do not play grade most of our records so we guarantee our visual grading with a money back guarantee that includes shipping. Generally, we do not list records below EX- condition unless it is exceptionally rare. We do not recommend audiophiles bid on records in less than NM- condition. Our grading standard is as follows.

Mint = only used for sealed records or records that we are certain have never been played.

Near Mint or NM - for the most part as good as it gets! No marks and will play clean with no noise.

EX+ - Will generally have one or two minor flaws, but will overall be near mint.

EX or Excellent, surface marks and background noise. Overall a very playable copy.

EX- Overall an Excellent copy with light surface marks, but with something that distracts, like a small scratch that makes a few pops.

VG+ Consistent background noise with pops that might annoy. Still a playable copy.

VG has many problems. Noise will dominate. May have quite a few pops.

VG- May have a skip or two and will definitely be very noisy.

G = Stands for good, our lowest grade. The noise on this record will be annoying
