Live in Gda?sk: è la registrazione dell' ultimo concerto del Tour di David Gilmour, tenuto nel 2006 nei cantieri navali di Danzica, in concomitanza con le celebrazioni del 26° anniversario della fondazione del sindacato Solidarno??. È anche il primo album dell'artista suonato con un'orchestra sinfonica (Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra, diretta da Zbigniew Preisner). Il Box in vendita è la rara versione contenente 4 LP di 180 grammi contenenti il concerto completo di Danzica della durata circa 2 ore e 40 minuti e da un ulteriore LP contenente una selezione di tre brani live datati 2006 (On The Turning Away / The Blue / Echoes), due Barn Jam del 2007 (166 e 121); un Webpass valido fino al 31 dicembre 2010 per accedere ad un audio-download in formato MP3 contenente tutti i brani contenuti dal box; un libro formato 12" di 20 pagine ricco di foto, di informazioni sul concerto e sulla storia del movimento della solidarietá; un doppio poster, contenente due immagini prese dal libro e rielaborate (da un lato una foto dai colori alquanto psichedelici tratta dal concerto e sul retro uno scuro profilo, quasi preso di spalle, di Gilmour con chitarra sotto un dipinto cielo rosso)

Live in Gda?sk: is the recording of 'last concert tour of David Gilmour, held in 2006 in the shipyards of Gdansk, in conjunction with the celebration of 26 anniversary of the founding of the Solidarity trade union. It is also the first album of the artist played with a symphony orchestra (Polish Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Zbigniew Preisner). The Box for sale is the rare version that contains 4 LP 180 grams containing the complete concert in Gdansk lasting about 2 hours and 40 minutes and a further three LPs containing a selection of live tracks dated 2006 (On The Turning Away / The Blue / Echoes), two of the Barn Jam 2007 (166 and 121), a Webpass valid until December 31, 2010 to access an audio download in MP3 format that contains all the songs from the box, a 12-book "20-page full photos, information about the concert and the history of the movement of solidarity, a double-sided poster, containing two images taken from the book and revised (on the one hand a very psychedelic color photos taken from a concert at the rear dark profile, almost taken for shoulders, with Gilmour's guitar under a red sky painted).
