I think this record is in really good shape for being 43 years old but you can check the photos yourself.  There is a small corner cut off on the right top as pictured but I just listened to it and there are NO SCRATCHES.  I am selling this only because I have two copies of this fun and historic masterpiece.  In my opinion, Dave Peel's best work.  All my Punk, Metal, and Hippie Stoner Rock friends love it.
