ShippingInternational Buyers - Please Note:
Free shipping refers to delivery only, it does not include customs duties.
Customs duties are the money you have to pay when you buy something from another country, they are determined by the item's price.
Customs laws are different in each country, and I cannot control the laws in your country.
If you do not pay the duties, you will not be able to receive packages from overseas.
These payments are necessary when dealing with people from other countries.
For more details, look up customs in your country.
I ask for your understanding.
?Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
?Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
?These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
?We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
?Most instruction manuals are written in Japanese. We cannot accept returns based on these problems..
