Description

 This is the long out-of-print vinyl lp 'Aion' by Dead Can Dance. This is the July 2, 1990 original UK import release, 4AD records catalog #CAD 0007.

The item is in overall mint condition. The outer cover exhibits one slight, minor corner bump or ding. The inner sleeve is pristine. The vinyl is mint. After purchase, it was played once to record.

The outer cover is autographed in the top right corner by Brendan Perry in metallic gold permanent marker. It is dedicated, "To Jonathan regards Brendan". It was signed in-person by Brendan for me personally backstage after the Chicago New Vic Theater concert on Nov. 2, 1993. Prior to that, I had spent three days traveling and staying with Dead Can Dance and going to their Boston concert.

This is pretty much the last of the vast 4AD collection that I've amassed over 28 years. I've met Dead Can Dance a couple times and spent some time with them and backstage. I've now sold all the sundry items (and most of the rare and autographed items) associated with DCD and 4AD Records which I'd personally obtained.

The record comes carefully packaged, and shipped in the protective wall display that it is pictured in. Proper insurance based upon final sale value will be added to the shipping cost after sale.
