So I'm back from NY with my last 100 or so records which will all be ebay'd in the next month: mostly obscure stuff, punk, etc; Misfits, DKs, Social D, Germs, Black Flag etc...few of these are in pristine condition.  In fact, 25 years ago my cat got into my room one day and clawed the spines of many of these records.  So in addition to giving you a description I'm going to give you a CSS (Cat Scratch Scale)...0 - 10 with ) being untouched and 10 being pretty much shredded...happy bidding...All records were bought from 1985 - 1990.  A few of them were bought off the back wall at Bleeker Bob's for exorbitant prices....NONE of these have been played since the advent of CDs 20 years ago but they all played fine back when I had a turntable...please read the note at the bottom before bidding...

We love buying from sellers who have this policy though they are few and far between. It means they have confidence in what they are selling and we do too...

We want you to open up the book, record or card we sent and feel that what you received is pretty much what was described for better or worse...no surprises.

Dead Kennedys: All the rest of my records...here they are.  By the way, shipping will cost $10.  Ebay will only allow me to charge $4 on the listing but shipping will likely be between $15 and $25 considering the weight of this lot  (bonus is a double record, all the heavy Jello inserts) so, please, respect this arrangement...I'll be happy to provide you with a receipt so you see just how much the shipping will actually cost me...

"In God We Trust, Inc"...great EP...strong early hardcore from 1981.  New Rose release so I'm assuming it's an import...cover is splitting up top and held together by tape at bottom so this is worn...record itself is in good shape...

"Bedtime for Democracy" The swan-song.  I was hoping for a classic.  I didn't get it.  Gatefold record bought as soon as it came out.  Lots of Censorship Defense Fund stuff enclosed (newspaper style) as litigation was raging at the time if memory serves.  I think Jello wanted to go out with greatness but this record falls flat for me...

"Fresh Fruit..." Cherry Red Records.  Cover is beat to hell.  Classic DKs record. with the usual Jello fold out propaganda included. 

"A Skateboard Party"  Blue covered DKs live boot.  Price tag (9.99) top right of the record ont he cover...all the DKs classics are here but many are mis-named, probably by someone who had no idea what the songs were...tape holding the bottom together...

"Holiday In Cambodia" Another Cherry Red record.  12" b/w Police Truck which I think is a better song...CSS factor is 4 but to the top of the record, not the spine...

"Give Me Convenience..." Great record.  All the Dks singles, and misc songs on one record.  Worth it just for "Kinky Sex..."CSS factor of 3...light wear otherwise...no insert...

Bonus Jello Biafra "No More Cocoons" double lp...spoken word.  Not my thing but I bought it back in the day...

Two notes before you hit the button to bid...first, I've worked HARD for my 100% feedback.  But lately a few buyers seem to think that means I'll do ANYthing to protect those three digits.  Anything like offer them STUPID rebates on stuff they bought just so they won't give negative feedback.  Two words for you..."Not happening."  If there is a legitimate complaint, email me and we'll take care of it like grown-ups.  Occasionally I miss something when I grade or something gets damaged in transit.  That said, this is not a license to hold me up for $$$.  If you want an easy mark and a quick rebate find a used car dealer...or bid on merchandise other than mine...

Second.  Two people have asked legit questions about my shipping.  Here's how it works.  The vast majority of my stuff goes out First Class Mail or Media Mail.  Media mail means no tracking.  Tracking is usually 3 times as expensive and most buyers don't want to spring for it.  If it's lost in transit it's MY problem not yours and you get a full refund.  I also use a shipping store.  THEY do the packing.  This jacks up my price a bit as they charge for the box and the labor.  If you don't like this or think the fees are too high that is your right.  So bid accordingly.  I'm a one man show and I'm not going to spend 3 hours a day taping bubble wrap and cutting cardboard.
