An absolutely superb copy of The Dead Kennedys debut album on Cherry Red Records.

1st UK (Utopia) pressing.

Heads not cut of on band pic on back cover.

"Kill The Poor" is not listed under the 'Also Available' section on the back sleeve.

With original fold out poster and Cherry Red Records printed inner sleeve.

The condition of the playing surfaces is superb, both sides are beautifully glossy, dust and fingerprint free.

The only things I can see to mention, and that are stopping me from grading as near mint,

are a couple of extremely superficial hairlines on B side.

There is no real need to play test as they are so superficial, but I have anyway,

and they have absolutely no effect on play or sound quality in the slightest, which is superb.

Aside from these the vinyl looks as good as the day it was pressed.

The outer sleeve is in very good condition. There is a small amount of wear to the corners and some ringwear to the front cover.

There are also a few light creases and some slightly heavier ones across the top right hand corner.

The spine is in excellent condition and there are no seam splits, or even the signs of the beginnings of any.

The original fold out poster is in excellent condition with only a few small nibbles in the corners where it has been stuck to the wall.

The original Cherry Red Records inner sleeve is also in excellent condition with only a few brown age discolouration spots to one side.

Before photographing, each record was cleaned using a Knosti disco-antistat record cleaner using a solution

of 1:8 parts Isopropyl Alcohol to De-ionised water, with a couple of drops of a surfactant.

If necessary, records were given a hands on clean, as bellow, followed by a second run through the Knosti.

1 - Removal of any surface dust with a light brushing over with a carbon fibre and velvet disc cleaning pad

2 - Deep cleaning with large (Big Fudge) velvet pad and cleaning solution

3 - A final brushing with a Pro-Ject carbon fibre record brush.

I am a professional photographer by trade, and have gone to great lengths to light and photograph covers, inner sleeves

and the vinyl themselves in such a way as to show, as accurately as possible, the actual condition of all.

Rest assured that what you see is exactly what will be despatched to you if you are the successful winner of each listing.

I personally wouldn't bid on a pre-owned record without the option to return it if I felt that the seller hadn't been

totally truthful and transparent in their description of it, or that on receipt it didn't live up to my expectations. 

And I do not expect you to do so either. 

Unless otherwise stated every record was purchased by myself from new and only ever played

by myself on my own deck and with as expensive a cartridge as I could afford at the time.

And finally, because Mr or Mrs  Poasty may not handle your record with the same care and reverence that you or I would,

I will dispatch in a specialised corrugated cardboard record mailing outer, and if I feel even more protection is required

I will also include two extra sheets of 3mm corrugated cardboard for added safety and protection.
