Dead Kennedys - Kill the Poor 7" single - Cherry Red Records CHERRY 16 - 1980 First Pressing - VG+
This was the third single by hardcore punk band Dead Kennedys, issued by the UK label Cherry Red Records in October 1980. (There was never a US release of this record.)
This first pressing features a printed picture sleeve. Labels on this variant list "©1980 Virgin Music (Publishers) Ltd" on both sides (rather than "©1980 Carlin Music Corp." on side B). Black vinyl, no inner sleeve, no insert. Please feel free to verify features of various release versions on Discogs if you have any concerns.
Overall condition is VG+. Vinyl is VG+, light scuffing. Sleeve is VG+ with some storage creasing, light ring wear, sticker residue on back, and seams that have become unglued (not split).

• Kill the Poor was re-recorded for the band's first album, Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables, which was released a month before this original single version of the song.
