I ship all records by USPS, either at Media Rate or at First Class Package or Parcel rate, whichever is cheapest, unless otherwise requested.  Priority shipping, insurance and other shipping options are available so contact me if interested.

Buyer will pay S&H which includes a “Delivery Confirmation” tracking number.  If insurance is requested (highly recommended in case of damage or loss in transit), it will be added to your S&H charge.

International Buyers:  The Customs Declaration for your item will be for the amount of your winning bid.  Also note that the listed S&H charge does not include any customs, import duty, tariff or tax fees; these charges, if any, are the buyers responsibility.  If you are charged extra by your delivery service when you pick your item up – do not confuse that extra charge for additional shipping that was charged by me.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what any additional costs may be prior to bidding.

All Buyers:

Payment is requested within 7 days of the end of your winning auction.  After 7 days, if not yet paid, you will receive a second invoice, a friendly reminder, marked “SECOND NOTICE”.  If payment is still not received after another 7 days, a less friendly eBay Resolution case will be opened.  If you have extenuating circumstances, please let me know; I’m easy.

Payments made over a weekend usually result in immediate shipping, either Monday or Tuesday morning.  For all other payments, expect 3-5 work day shipping.

Payment is by PayPal only please!

SAVE ON COMBINED SHIPPING!  If there is even the slightest chance you might be interested in this item, be sure to visit other items I currently have up for auction.  I try to price everything extremely low in the hopes that buyers will be encouraged to buy more than one item and benefit from combined shipping savings.  Win any other of my concurrent auctions and we can ship multiple items in a single shipment at a single postal rate and with a nominal S&H fee, much reduced.  (Each additional item increases the total shipping cost by only relatively small amounts while reducing the “per item” cost significantly.)  The more you win, the cheaper it is per item to ship.  Contact me to arrange before you make your payment.

Please note that my Positive Feedback Rating is 100% and I intend to do everything I can to keep it that way.  That means I want to be a conscientious seller and for you to be a happy buyer.  Please contact me if you have any questions about the item, the shipping or other concerns and I'll try to help in any way I can.

Thanks for looking.
