Description
Brand new, sealed record / LP / vinyl of: Death In June - But, What Ends When The Symbols Shatter? Originally released in 1992. Band and album title are both embossed. I believe this is probably the first edition, on black vinyl, because the sales sticker does not mention the particular shade (which would be normal to state if it were not the usual black). I looked around on the 'net for information on how to tell the three different vinyl issues apart by only viewing the exterior, and I don't see any way to distinguish them from the outside. If it helps, the barcode / UPC is: 5021958133614. However, this barcode is exactly the same number for both the black, lavender, and the other issue from five years later. Please expand the photos above to check the condition of the cover. There are no corner creases evident in looking through the plastic. There are two half-inch creases which show only on the front: Above the letter 'N' in June, and above the letter 'D' in Death (please see the final two photos). There is also a smaller, 1/4" crease in the upper left corner, also seen only on the front. On the upper left corner of the back, there's a theft device placed on the cover. Going back years, I note no sales record for a sealed copy having been sold. The band on this album: Douglas Pearce, James Mannox, Simon Norris, Campbell Finley, David Tibet, and Michael Cashmore.
If you need further photos, please ask, and I will be happy to provide them.
This will be carefully packed between solid cardboard, on both sides, then placed in a record mailer, making it a double layer on both sides for safety in transit. I will take it to the post office within two business days of receipt of payment.
I am listing about seven Death In June records this week. I do combine postage, which includes tracking. Thank you for looking.
