Condition:

Record is in EX+ Condition - There are a few light superficial surface scuffs on both Sides of the Disc (Visually EX) - However these are all non-sounding - SUPERB NEAR MINT PLAYBACK!

Jacket is in EX Condition - Some age spots on the back - Otherwise very clean - See scan
