Of note is that the blue vinyl LP has a small chip out of it on the very outer edge (this does not affect playback of the actual LP when plce stylus directly to the start of track one, but should be considered) See photos.
Secondly, the inner sleeve has a small tear to the opening section (see photos).
The LP, apart from the above described chip off the outer edge, is in excellent condition.
The outer cover is signed by Dee C. Lee and is in near mint condition.
