Deep Purple - Fireball
(Harvest SHVL 793 UK LP 1971)
This is a UK original LP pressing. It has a fully textured gatefold sleeve, & comes with its original polythene-lined "Harvest" company inner sleeve. It comes with its original lyric insert which is printed on paper.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has 1st press A-2U/ B-3U matrix stampers. The mother stampers are AD 1 and RH 1 respectively. "PEK" is etched in the dead wax on Side 1. The Harvest labels have "The Gramophone Co..." text & has one boxed EMI logo. This is a UK 1st pressing with the earliest matrix numbers and mother stampers. These are not that common.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is some mild to moderate rubbing wear to the top & bottom edges. There is some mild to more moderate rubbing wear to the spine too. VG condition.
Vinyl: There are some mild to more moderate sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. There are about 3 very small, & light, hairline marks too. These vary in size from 1.5 cm to 3 cm. VG condition. The labels are clean & show mild spindle wear only. Plays Near Excellent overall & Excellent in some places. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter places.The inner sleeve is in VG+ condition. There is some mild wear but no seam splits. The lyric insert is in Near EX condition.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).
Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
