Deep Purple In Rock LP UK 1st Press, EX- Gramophone Credit, No EMI Box
This is the one you want the the 1st Press Deep Purple in Rock fully laminted Gatefold sleeve
With the very important Gamophone Company Credit on the labels
and has no EMI Box on the label,
as later presses have EMI on the top of the label instead of the Gramophone credit
and the later press have the EMI box

The Matrix numbers stamped in the dead wax proving a 1st press
Side 1, SHVL 777 A-2 4 GHG
Side 2, SHVL 777 B-1 4 GAL
*Year, 1970
*Vinyl, The Vinyl is in Ex condition
under a light there is a slight trace of whisp across the vinyl
there is a lovely deep shine to the vinyl
the edges are lovely and sharpe and very glossy
the surfaces of the vinyl are also very clean
this is a lovely heavy weight 1st press vinyl
the spindle is in great condition and still very tight
Plays and sounds great

*Labels, The labels are in VG condition
on the original Harvest labels with the Gramphone credits
and these labels have no EMI box
there is a slight sign of skate on the labels
the label on side 1 is in lovely condition
the label on side 2 does have a sticky mark left from a sticker i belive
*Sleeve, The sleeve is in EX- condition
this is the 1st press fully laminted gate fold sleeve
the edges are all straight and in lovely condition
there are some slight creases to the laminate
there are no scuffs or marks to the surface
the gate fold is in lovely condition and still very tight
the spine is in great condition and has no signs of crushing
the open edge is in great condition and has no signs of thumbing

*Inner, The inner is in EX condition
but is only a matt paper inner
unfortunately the Harvest advertising inner is missing
